• Correspondence: emails, calls and support tickets exchanged with our team.

• Billing data: company details, purchase orders and invoice records where a contract is in place.

We do not ask for special category data, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.

3. How we use it

Enquiry data is kept for up to 24 months if no contract follows. Client records are kept for the life of the contract and for six years afterwards, to meet accounting and legal requirements. Data we process on your behalf inside a CRM is deleted or returned within 30 days of the contract ending, unless you ask us to keep it for longer.

9. Your rights

Under UK and EU data protection law you can ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict how we use it, or transfer it to another provider. You can object to processing based on legitimate interests and withdraw consent at any time.

Write to and we will respond within one month. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to your national data protection authority.

10. Security

We encrypt data in transit and at rest, restrict access to the people who need it, log administrative actions and keep tested backups. No system is completely secure, so we also maintain a breach process and will notify you and the relevant authority where the law requires it.

We update this page when our services or obligations change. The date at the top shows the current version, and material changes are notified to clients by email.
